Hi, I’m Joel Ross, founder of BLOKK Technologies.

When I was a kid, my mother insisted I write thank-you notes for everything — birthdays, holidays, favors, rides home from practice. It drove me crazy. But she was teaching me something simple:

When someone helps you, you acknowledge it. That’s how relationships start. Years later, I kept seeing the same moment everywhere — airports, waiting rooms, service counters, hotels.

Someone’s phone was dying. They needed help. And businesses had no way to turn that moment of real help into a lasting digital connection.

So I built BLOKK.
